What’s your typical Commuting Experience?
Nantes is located in the west of France, with an ocean climate and the same rainfall index as London. Some of us have many types of bikes tailored to the changing weather conditions throughout the year.
Personally, I start my day at 8:30am on an old black Dutch bike with two child seats, one in the front, one behind, to take the kids to school. Then I switch bikes according to the weather. When it rains a little, I take a grey road bike, when it rains a lot, I take my brompton up to the Tramway, but when it is just cloudy or sunny, I prefer an urban go-fast white bike... it's really exciting to cycle through the city!
