What’s your typical Commuting Experience?
The biggest issue is the wind coming off the Solent; those who ride East to West often find themselves heading into a pretty strong headwind for the last three miles! That and the bike lanes, like most British cities there is always room for improvement when it comes to safe cycle routes! A lot of our commuters take longer routes home for training too, there are great rural roads in Hampshire that are fairly traffic free - we've got some pretty serious competitors here.
