Who, what, where?
We produce "Digital product strategy & service design", for marketers. We conceive and create digital objects - useful, usable and delightful applications, services, tools, utilities, campaigns and websites that have a material business impact for our clients. We mix planning-and-thinking with sketching-and-prototyping, and we stay as intimate as we possibly can with the intended audience. This gets us to what’s really important - why people will use and love the things we create.
But really we just love to ride our bikes. Out of a team of 18 we have 10 cyclist and 12 cycles. We have three types of bikes in the office: Bromptons, Non-Bromptons and a "folly bike" (one that was purchased because it looked lovely but has never been used).
