Company led or employee led culture?
It's a bit of both. We have some very keen cycling staff, who have encouraged the use of bikes, and the company has been very open to this. Mark Adams, the managing director, rides a Brompton everywhere. Some just think of it as cheap transport, some play bike polo, some ride Boris bikes. It's a great mix.
