How does the Cycle to Work Culture integrate?
All bikes have to be stored outside. This is because the building management are not open to the joys of cycling and think they damage the paintwork or something. We'd love it to be different, but we can't seem to change their minds (and we don't want to start a war as they're generally quite nice). Thankfully there is a massive bike rack right outside our door. We've only ever had one bike nicked and if anyone tried again they would face the wrath of 25 people.
