Who, what, where?
The San Francisco State University opened the Downtown Campus (DTC) in the heart of the San Francisco commercial district, the first week of January 2007. We have 8 full time staff and 34 faculty members. There is a cadre of about 8 hard core bicycle commuters here, and growing. San Francisco is a place that honors and uses an eclectic mix of bikes from workhorse carry all bikes to fixies, to stunning new beauties, but the vast majority of people riding to and from the DTC come via used and refurbished bikes.
