Company led or employee led culture?
A mixture of both really. We have our keen cyclists that would come in by bike regardless of how welcoming Poke was of bicycles. But the company also recognises the value it brings both in terms of cost-effective and healthy (road dangers aside) transport for employees, but also in terms of creativity and mind-space time — an hour of being hearded around the Tube system is hardly good for reflection!
