Why Cycle to Work and Where?
Office location definitely influences my decision to work here. I want a destination that's far enough from my house that I can get a 2 hour ride in the morning. The motivations are: 1) counteract all the beer we drink, 2) be fit for racing cyclocross, 3) save our sanity: the US 101 freeway is always clogged with traffic, and you'll lose your mind if you drive every day. So usually we ride to the train, which drops off across the street. The rest of the time we ride the whole distance.
