Company led or employee led culture?
There are cyclists from top to bottom at EMO, but it probably helps that our company directors are bike mad. Lots of people are part of the Cycle Scheme and enjoy subsidised rides, and road safety training is available for free for those getting started or feeling rusty riding on busy roads. There are even plans afoot to set up a new cycling initiative to get even more people on their bikes and promote a bit of cross-agency bonding... watch this space.
